Choose a Tuesday check-in from one calendar month after your application date in Korea through four calendar months after that date, inclusive. Dates update daily at 00:00 KST. If a month has no matching date, its last day is used. Paused sessions cannot be selected. Listed sessions do not guarantee room availability.

02 — EVERYDAY CULTURE

Culture through everyday life

Wednesday–Sunday, 10:00–16:00. Experience and learn about the culture of the café, bookshop, accommodation and garden. There is no compulsory work replacing regular staff.

03 — STAY

Room 201, a place for one

Applying is not a room booking or confirmation. Room 201 (Painter’s Room) only, one person, USD 300, six nights/seven days. Rooms 202 and 203 may be added in future.

04 — TABLE

Meals and programme fee

Five breakfasts and five brunch lunches are included; dinner is independent. The base Room 201 programme is USD 300 per person, intended to be received in US dollars. This fee does not automatically apply to Rooms 202 and 203. Transfer-fee and tax details will be clarified before applications open. No payment is requested now.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel at least one calendar month before check-in for a full programme-fee refund. After that deadline, refunds are generally unavailable. Statutory refund rights, cancellation by Yeonbongri and other legally required exceptions are handled separately.

05 — BEFORE YOU JOIN

From application to confirmation

Submit the form, operator review, individual selection/waitlist/decline email, transfer instructions for selected applicants, manual payment and room checks, then final confirmation. Applying or selection is not a confirmed booking.

Cancellation and refunds

The deadline is 23:59:59 KST on the same date in the previous calendar month, or its final day if that date does not exist. The official inbox receipt time governs review. The operator manually reviews legal exceptions. International transfer/receipt fees and the actual refund amount are explained separately.

Operator retention:30days after decline notification or waitlist end;90days after programme completion or cancellation settlement. Legally required records are separated. Contact the official email to request deletion. Consent is optional; without it you cannot apply.
